Special treatment licence, washable laminated floor, pharmacy grade fridge and sink provided to comply with your insurance policy (you may not be covered without these facilities), hydraulic 3 sections beauty massage bed (with reclining back and face hole), beauty trolley with magnifying lamp, desk, armchair, stool on wheels, blankets, pillows, storage, kitchen, toilet, lift, disabled friendly, 24 hours access. A friendly receptionist will welcome your clients or out-of-hours intercom system.

£99 per day, on a weekly basis (starting and finishing at anytime – No time limit as the building is open 24/7) – Payable per month (£429 per calendar month for 1 day a week).

Fees are all inclusive (electricity, water, VAT) and payable monthly, 1 month deposit and 1 month notice to quit required.
